Governance

Governance is the central pillar of GrisGroup’s organisation…

… which, since 1984, has adopted a policy of sincere responsibility

Long before Corporate Social Responsibility became the order of the day, we initiated sustainable, cross-functional practices, supported by all our teams and aimed at all our stakeholders.

Since the creation of its Kaizen system in 1997, its membership of the UN Global Compact in 2006, and its ISO 14001 certification in 2007, GrisGroup implements each new project taking into account its impact on the environment and society.

The QHSE System

Quality Health Safety Environment

liaises with the 12-strong CSR Committee, which oversees staff safety, prevention training, compliance with standards and the reliability of facilities at our two production sites.

We are transparent about how we operate and what we do, with upward, downward and cross-functional communication to identify needs and involve all staff in the life of the company.

Our stakeholders are selected on the basis of their CSR commitments and we are audited very regularly (IATF / 9001).

As part of the sustainable development objectives established by the United Nations (the famous SDGs), we are active in the carbon footprint issue and wish to make a significant contribution to 5 challenges.

What governs us

Doing ever better, together. With the aim of constantly transforming ourselves to adapt to the world’s challenges.
