2024 marks an important milestone for GrisGroup: this year we’re celebrating our 40th anniversary! 3 events have been organised for the occasion:
👨👩👧👦 Open day for families
A day filled with joy and sharing, during which the families of our employees were able to discover the working environment of their loved ones thanks to a tour of our workshop and offices. Our shop was also transformed 🪄 into a festive place, with entertainment for young and old and a foodtruck that delighted even the hungriest of palates 🌭
🥂 Special evening with our partners
It was an opportunity to thank our former, current and future partners, who have contributed in one way or another to the success of our company thanks to their trust and collaboration over the years. It was a wonderful evening to recall the family history of our company and to share our ambitions for the future!
✨ Teambuilding day
On 6 September, over 200 French and German employees came together for the first time under the banner of co-construction, one of our 4 values.
Despite investigations and attempts at corruption, the venue was kept secret until the big day: the FC Metz Stadium 🤩
This teambuilding day was a real success, unforgettable for everyone:
- Speech around the new CAP 100 strategy – doubling sales in 5 years!
- Pipeline co-construction activity 🚧
- Friendly lunch by the lawn 🍽️
- A captivating magic and hypnosis show ✨
- Entertainment on the stadium’s rooftop: karaoke, giant table football, goal shooting, trials of strength, 360 photobooth, wooden games… with a breathtaking view of Metz 🌄
