And to meet the challenges of globalisation and the expectations of our major customers, GrisGroup has based its development on a policy of real and constant continuous progress, involving all areas and departments of the company.

Our manufacturing processes enable us to :

• Manufacture washers that are perfectly flat and perfectly concentric
• Perfectly control the geometry of internal and external diameters
• Produce complex parts
• Meet precision and quality requirements

To meet our customers’ quality requirements, our quality approach enables us to :

• measure our products to the nearest micron using a wide range of connected control methods
• monitor our production (we use Statistical Process Control)
• monitor the traceability of our products at different stages of the process (raw materials, production, subcontracted activities)
• support our suppliers in their analyses and problems,
• support our customers in their continuous improvement initiatives

A tool for initiative and the expression of creativity, the ideas put forward cover all areas: quality, safety, efficiency, simplification of methods or procedures. They correspond to small touches of improvement, imagined by those who are closest to the day-to-day reality.

Once a year, three winners in three different categories are honoured and celebrated at a ceremony attended by the local press.

ISO 14001, direct recognition of the continuous improvement approach and the Environmental Management System (EMS) in place.
